Help Complete the Vision for Crosstown
Crosstown is already becoming a vibrant community. Fifty-four people live in supportive housing, and more than 100 affordable units are home to families, creating a place where people can find stability, connection, and a fresh start.
The daycare is open, neighbours are getting to know one another, and supportive housing residents have even started a volunteer Clean Team, helping keep the surrounding neighbourhood welcoming and cared for. It’s a small but powerful sign of what happens when people feel pride in the place they call home.
Now we are preparing for the next milestone.
This summer, we will open the Dr. Joe Haegert Community Health Centre, bringing integrated medical, mental health, and recovery care to those in need. With community support, we are close to raising the funds required to fully equip the clinic and open its doors.
Your gift will also help bring the next pieces of Crosstown to life: an on-site pharmacy open to the public, a supportive housing kitchen providing healthy meals for residents, and an art maker space that will support therapeutic programming, creativity, and connection.
