For nearly six decades, Cool Aid has worked to ensure that thousands of people in our community have access to health care, mental health and recovery services, stable housing, and the wraparound support they need to thrive. This year’s Health + Homecoming Gala is our chance to celebrate how far we’ve come and raise the final funds to finish what we started.

The Health + Homecoming Gala features a silent auction, life auction, and a mystery gift game—and we need your help to make them extraordinary.
This year, our silent auction goes public. In addition to our 200+ Gala guests, auction items will be promoted to Cool Aid’s community of over 4,000 donors and shared across our social media channels, giving your donation maximum exposure and driving bids well beyond the ballroom.
Whether you’re a local business, a maker, or a service provider, donating to the auction is a meaningful way to support the community and get your brand in front of a wide, engaged audience.

When and where is the gala?
The Health + Homecoming Gala takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. at the Hotel Grand Pacific, 463 Belleville Street, Victoria, BC.

What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes access to a reception-style evening with plenty of food, an open bar, live music, a silent auction, live auction, mystery gift game, and more. Come hungry.

Will I receive a tax receipt for my ticket?
Yes. A portion of your ticket purchase is eligible for a charitable tax receipt. The exact amount will be confirmed closer to the event — last year the receiptable portion was $80 per ticket.

What should I wear?
Cocktail attire is encouraged — dress to celebrate.

Is parking available?
Parking is available at the Hotel Grand Pacific at an additional cost. The hotel is also easily accessible by transit and a short walk from downtown Victoria.

What is the Early Bird pricing?
Early Bird tickets are $200 per person — a saving of $25 off the regular price of $225. Early Bird pricing closes July 15, 2026.

Can I participate in the silent auction if I’m not attending?
Yes! This year our silent auction is open to the public. Follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when bidding opens.

How do I donate an item to the auction?

How are my ticket proceeds used?
Every dollar raised supports Cool Aid’s housing and health programs — including the soon-to-open Dr. Joe Haegert Community Health Centre at Crosstown.

Is there a fee to purchase tickets through Zeffy?
When you check out, Zeffy will offer you the option to leave a small tip to support their platform — this is completely optional and entirely up to you. If you choose not to contribute, simply set the amount to zero. Either way, 100% of your ticket price goes directly to Cool Aid.
